How do I make a claim?

In the first instance you should always contact your insurance advisor, Infocus Photography Insurance on 0161 925 5051.

Return the completed claim form to us at the address below:

Altrincham,
Cheshire,
WA14 1ET.

In addition you should:

• undertake any temporary emergency repairs necessary to secure your property and prevent further damage
• retain all damaged items as we may wish to inspect them
• provide all documentation in support of your claim (although you should not delay submitting the claim form in the event that the necessary documentation is not immediately to hand)
